Attuned Automation was not built in a vacuum. It was shaped by years of running real businesses and seeing where systems break down in practice.
Before building automation systems, I spent more than a decade working as a general contractor in the residential home improvement industry. After that, I owned a Portland based exterior cleaning company. That meant living inside the daily realities of a service-based small business. I managed leads, handled follow-ups, coordinated schedules, and experienced firsthand the real cost of missed calls and slow response times.
After an injury, I transitioned from contracting into operating a retail art gallery and building my name as a Portland-based artist. Running a customer-facing retail business meant wearing every hat. Sales, scheduling, communication, follow-up, and operations all landed on my shoulders.
Like many business owners, I tried tool after tool and app after app, searching for something that actually fit how my business worked. Most solutions added complexity instead of removing it.
I began building learning to build my own tools that did work. That work became the foundation of Attuned Automation LLC. I now take pride in getting small business owners equipped with the right tools to grow their business.
